This is my blog. It’s about health, nutrition, and other areas of life—all things that are not absolute and many things that I might see differently in 5 years from now.
Personally I do not want to provide inaccurate facts or lead anyone astray. But it could happen. I also don’t want to knowingly offend or insult anyone, but as an American living in Britain and posting on the worldwide web, I am likely to mean one thing and to be taken differently by another. It happens. On that note, because I live in the UK, I will mostly be using British spelling and measurements, but because I’m American at heart, my words will usually be American.
Because of all this, I reserve the right to be able to express my opinions as well as change them at any time.
Please don’t take my advice if you’re going to sue for any loss or damage you might incur because of something I’ve said—I am not a professional nutritionist, doctor, chef, or trainer…or blogger for that matter!
You are welcome to disagree with me, just realise that I’m writing about my own life experiences and you can’t argue that.
You’re welcome to challenge me in comments below or in real life if that’s possible, but please be polite. I reserve the right to delete any comments that I believe are rude to me or any of my subscribers that might read them.
My hope is that I can provide an atmosphere where we are sitting across from a table, sharing our life experiences, bonding over a table of sizzling fajitas, laughing at where we came from, and dreaming about a better future for us, our families, and our community!
Enough talking, the food is hot, so let’s dig in!
